"A hand up, not a handout." With a goal to empower women, Renata Mutis, whose inspirational story and mission have caught the eye of noteworthy figures such as Deepak Chopra, teamed up with Ralph Lauren designer Hun Kim to launch a panty collection, named Empowered By You. The seamless panty line, which was unveiled at a recent event atop the Gansevoort Park, introduces a new flocking technology that prevents slipping and creates comfort, while still looking sleek and modern. In conjunction with her charity, Seven Bar Foundation, $1 from every purchase will be donated to help to feed a family.

I had the honor to work with some pretty awesome talents including make-up artist Rashad Taylor (of YSL) and photographer Jacqueline Iannacone at this recent Brooklyn rooftop photo shoot. We entered the first picture in the REVOLVEclothing Fashion Spring Style + Chictopia: Fresh Looks, Fresh Faces Contest and were named a top entry as well as voted a top favorite! We were also awarded with a Revolve Spring Style Award: Best Suited for Everyday. Congrats and thanks to all that were involved!
