Black History Month is underway and it is a time to reflect and learn about the important stories that have shaped history. At a recent event at The Sheen Center for Thought and Culture here in NYC, "The Untold Story of Emmett Louis Till" was screened, followed by a discussion with the filmmaker Keith Beauchamp and producer Fredrick Zollo. The documentary is a riveting account from family and those who witnessed the case of the brutal murder of an innocent teenaged boy.
Big Thanks to Scott over at The Sheen Center for inviting us to this event and for making this feature possible.
xx.
