Ayita's Dream

Worth the watch. Ayita's Dream is a wonderful testimony and proof of what hard work and dedication can bring. Artistic in itself as it follows the life of a female in the arts (dancing), the short film is beautiful in both imagery and message. Female empowerment, and furthermore human empowerment, Ayita's Dream is a feel-good piece that brings hope and spirit to the soul and will dance its way into your heart.

Big Thanks to both the filmmakers and the team over at Lon Haber for making this feature possible!

Dangerous Curves: Roz "The Diva"

NASM certified Roz "The Diva," is nowhere near your average certified personal trainer. An incredible athlete with an incredible attitude to match, Roz is a true inspiration to all women. As a Plus Size Pole Dancer, she has taken not only the athletics industry by storm, but has also wowed the entertainment industry. Besides stunt work for numerous well-received television programs, "The Diva" is now the subject of a New York Times featured documentary, Dangerous Curves. Beautiful both inside and out - with a killer, contagious smile - she really is one strong woman, both physically and mentally.

Relive the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show!

I hope that you all remember when I "danced" (I know the thought of meee dancing...I don't knowwww....ha) at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show back in November (See posts from 11/18, 11/19, and 11/20)? Well, our favorite choreographer, Jermaine Browne, just posted the video on YouTube and I thought I would share it with you! Ok, so you can't realllllly seeeeee me pur se(I didn't dance on stage, I danced down in the pit--you can see us all bouncing around in the dark down there!), but who wouldn't want to relive a couple minutes of the Sexiest Fashion Show on Earth anyway?! (Plus, Jermaine also choreographed the dance with the real dancers of the show, which is awesome and you can definitely see it in the video!)
