Snapshots

In conjunction with Pride Month, a must-see film, that just so happened to premiered tonight in NYC, is one that touches upon the LGBT subject is SnapshotsAward winning "Snapshots" stars the iconic Piper Laurie and is a testament to the power of secrets. The film moves back and forth between summers 50 years apart. Three women of three different generations illustrate how times have changed as well as the strength and complexity of relationships. Revolving around an annual "girls weekend," this film is much deeper than a wine night flick. Whether gay or straight, the talented cast delivers a message about family that resonates and flips a sad tale into one that is heart-warming.
