Destination Unknown

Having taken part in JCC Krakaw's Inaugural Ride for the Living, our interest in Auchwitz and the Holocaust has skyrocketed. While it can at times be difficult to watch and listen to the stories from war, it is empowering and important to share the stories of survival.  A new film, Destination Unknown, hits home and is incredibly moving. The documentary (which we were lucky enough to attend a special private screen of) was released theatrically this month and is a compilation of valuable and powerful testimonies that keep history alive. A must-see piece no matter your ethnicity, religion or race. A true display of hope, humanity and the importance of the past as we look to the future.

Big Thanks to Nathanial over at Brigade Marketing for inviting us to the special screening and for making this feature possible.

Still catching up from last year's "12 for 12" travel resolution. Trip seven consisted of a 60+ mile ride for charity, The Ride for the Living with JCC Krakow, a tour of the famed Auschwitz Concentration Camp, an underground salt mine excision and two the beautiful Polish cities of Krakow and Warsaw.

Hard Core in the Hot Heat

So happy that the hardcore, edgy, biker style will still be cool even in the upcoming hot months. But really...let's be serious, these styles aren't going anywhere. Love it.
