Neuw Denim Fall/Winter 2014 Preview

With special details, including signature back pocket stitching, a worn in space for wallets, and a key ring attached to belt loops, Neuw Denim has carved their own path in the wide world of jeans. Architecture, photos from across the globe and vintage inspirations set the brand apart. Comfort is supreme, but style is not compromised throughout Neuw's collection of denim and extends on to their new line of knitwear.

Big thanks to TJ of The Park Showroom, Jessica and Michael of Michael Shane PR, and Orin and Sunny for inviting us to the Liberty Show and for sharing this collection.

National Underwear Day

Today is National Underwear Day, so what better timing for the CurveNY Designer Lingerie and Swim Show Expo? I spent this past week over at the Javitz Center covering the event and conducting video interviews for WeKnowTv. We spoke with some pretty high-ups at only the best lingerie companies. We learned of some new products coming our way from the popular brand, Commando (such as new cuts and prints on their world renowned panties, plus more perfect-fit hosiery pieces), from company owner, Kerry O'Brien. We were informed by the Head of Sales at Hanky Panky, that in the 1980s, they were the inventor of the very first Original Rise Thong (not to mention that they are full supporters of Sisquo's "Thong Song"). This season they will introduce, among a plethora of new undies, some longer-cut, sexy, lace boy shorts. I also spotted some new, note-worthy brands, such as Body Rock Sport, which had some cool activewear undergarments, as well as Bordelle which really caught my eye with their craaaaazy, completely unique, and totalllllly edgy pieces. More than 250 brands unveiled their Spring/Summer 2011 Collections at the show so you will have to catch our segment, set to air on NYC TV September 2, for more sneak peeks at what's to come in the world of intimates!
