Fairness of Beasts

In our current time, politics have certainly taken to the front pages. Author Gar LaSalle pens a piece of fiction that explores political struggles in American history. Fairness of Beasts takes its readers back to the Civil-War era with a riveting story of a family involved in Congress and the Democratic party. A tale of romance and drama, this novel touches upon issues regarding the struggles of freedom and human rights in a developing country. Rich in detail, this third installment to LaSalle's Widow Walk series is as interesting as it is endearing.
