In the age of the "Me Too" movement, writer and director Benedetta Argentieri brings us around the globe to the Middle East. There, we are introduced to three inspiring women from Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria. The documentary, named "I Am The Revolution," which will certainly be one to consider this awards season, follows the incredible stories of women whom are risking their lives to push for women’s rights and changes in their native countries. Feminists, activists, politicians and women of the armed forces struggle to make revolutionary steps for women and for their countries. From Interesting yet scary to moving and uplifting, this film exhibits the meaning of women fighting for their lives and their rights.
